A-Z About Investment

   

   Before i start I will like to explain the meaning of investment.

 Meaning:

Investing is like planting seeds, give it time, care, and spread your seeds around for a better chance at a big harvest!” 

                OR

 (Simply):

The money you earn from your investment.

Example:

Imagine you give your friend $100 to start a fruits business. At the end of the year, he gives you back $120.

You made a return of $20.

That’s your profit from investing your money.

  

Things you need to consider before investing 

 1.Return

2. Risk

3. Assets 

4. Diversifications 

Let me explain them one after another .

🔵 1. Return  (Profit You Earn)

Image when you happily receiving $120 after giving $100.

Example:

“You gave $100 to your friend’s fruits  business  and got $120 back! That $20 is your return!

🔴 2. Risk ( Chance of Losing Money)

Image investing $100 and got just $30 after investing 

Example:

 “I invested in a game app, but it flopped… I only got $30 back. That’s risk! 🎮😬”

🟢 3. Asset (What You Invest In)

Examples:

🏠 House

📈 Stocks

🪙 Gold

🏪 Small Business

  (this simply means)

 “ Things you put money into, hoping they grow in value!”

🟡 4. Diversification ( Don’t Put All Eggs in One Basket)

“Invest Differently! If one fails, others might do well. That’s diversification! 🧺✨”

 Reasons you should have knowledge of investment

I know someone people may say that “they never chop talk more of investing ‘’

Now let me tell you,"

the best time to learn how to invest is when you don’t have any money to invest “ ‘Yes! I mean when you don’t  have shi shi even 1# with you.

 

Let me tell you a life story:

     When I was growing up there were a lot of youths in my community some were 10years older than me, they made like 5million -15million as early as in their 20 to 25years.They made the money 💰 from the mineral resources (granite)in our community then; when ever they bring customers to buy those granite they will receive a huge amount of money.

  Some bought cars and build their family houses with the money.

   But currently most of them are broke because the company are no more there, they have finished mining the granite.

         But had it been those people have the knowledge of investment they would have taken  those 5million,10millon 20milloin and invest and use the return of investment to buy cars and build house. Today they will still be earning on their return of investment (ROI) or dividend for those who will invest in stocks.

   

That’s why I still emphasize that the best time to learn how to invest or have the knowledge of investment is when you don’t  have shi shi even kobo.
